New
York designer Lori Weitzner’s portfolio is diverse, to say the
least. She has created airplane interiors for Lufthansa, housewares
and linens for Dansk, bedding for Wamsutta and fabrics for Jack Lenor
Larsen and others. She draws on everything from geometric shapes to
botanical forms and archaeological motifs. her newest collection, the
Myth and Magic line of Tibetan carpets for Endless Knot Rug Co. features
earthy hues and scrawled patterns based on the folk lore of native cultures,
from the Etruscans to Japanese Shintoism.
